Ordering Felt & Tackle Twill Banners & Guarantee
KEB Banner specialists have many years experience with custom felt and tackle twill banner production and will guide you smoothly through the entire process.
Call KEB during office hours, Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4 PM central US or use our order/quote form anytime to send as much information as possible about your banner project. It's required you include your name, a daytime phone number and email address as we may need to phone you with questions before sending a free quote to you via email. Other information is optional on the quote/order form. To send a graphic to KEB Banners, use button on quotes page to browse your hard drive(s) for the artwork, only GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIF, CDR, PDF, or AI are currently excepted. Then click "open" to attach under 3 megabyte file. To send graphics in such files as .DOC or .DOCX, or any format not listed, please attach the file to an email sent to: - You can do this also from the quote/order form. After sending please close email program to return to quotes form and submit all other information
While banners with only stock letters or numbers can generally be quoted after we receive the phone call or quotes/order information from the website, banners requiring seals, crests, mascots, custom cut lettering or other artwork will have to be seen by our art department before a quote can be given usually in 24 to 48 hours.
After you receive our banner price quote and decide to place your order, call KEB banners. We need shipping, billing address and payment information before your order can be placed for production.
DO NOT send payment information via unsecured email, see our privacy policy. Once you place your order, KEB will supply a proof graphic of the banner design layout so you can give your final approval before placing your order into production.
Make sure you check the proof sent very carefully and make sure the layout and spelling is correct. ONCE YOUR SIGNATURE OR APPROVAL IS RECEIVED, INDICATING THIS PROOF IS CORRECT, THE ORDER WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-RETURNABLE. KEB will be glad to provide first proof and two revisions at NO CHARGE. After 3 revisions, there will be a $15.00 charge per revision for all additional changes. This charge will apply to layout, design changes, changes to size, text or logo changes; if we have misspelled something on a proof, correction will not be at your expense.
Correct banner colors are most important, for example the color "navy blue" can be interpreted several ways. If you are at all uncertain we will happily mail color swatch samples of fabric to you, just ask. While all popular colors are generally available some non-standard colors are just not available in felt, tackle twill or flock, in this case our banner specialists will advise the closest match. Please keep in mind all computer monitors are not the same and colors we use in our proofs may display differently on your computer so it's best to know the colors you are ordering.
Depending on the KEB production schedule and the type of banner you are ordering please allow 2 to 8 weeks for delivery of your custom order from the time your order is officially placed into production. That means a committal of order information mentioned above in Placing Order. Often we're contacted for a price quote and don't hear back for some times months only to have customers call and want to place their orders at the last moment and sadly our production schedule won't permit. We will gladly schedule production time even if it is several months in the future as long as you stay in contact with your banner specialist.
KEB Banners are made from top quality materials and guaranteed to arrive free of defects. If, after receiving your banner(s) you find something not as expected, call KEB to resolve the issue. Please understand that there can be a slight variance of 1/4" to 1/2" on banner elements we heat press due to shrinkage of some fabrics. If we have made a misspelling from the proof, we correct it free of charge and reimburse you postage. If however, you approve a proof with misspellings, KEB may elect to charge an hourly rate plus postage to make corrections. All pressed lettering is guaranteed for the life of the banner with proper care, we've never had a letter or design come loose but if it ever does contact KEB.
