My name is Nelson White and you recently made a banner that was presented to me at a dinner in my honor this past Sunday. Just wanted to tell you what a great job you did. In speaking with Sam Polakoff he tells me he dealt with Kathy and she was great. I need to get a banner done for something and would like to speak to her about it. Please call me when you can.

The banner is a big hit with everyone who sees it. I took it over to our website person because she is compiling an alumni page of all the banners (ours was the only one missing). She immediately wanted to take pictures which required some tall people as she and I are not much over 5 ft. tall. So, I got two guys from our computer science dept who are well over 6ft tall to hold it up. The one fellow immediately commented on how nice the banner is. He and his wife have made church banners and he said if they ever divorced it would be over a banner!! He was really impressed by the way the points in the seal came together. I think the banner is going to be an article on the Heidelberg web page.

This morning I took the banner to the alumni office where it was also given a great reception. One man in particular, the Emeritus Alumni Director is on cloud nine over this.

I told them that you folks were great to work with AND you now have the Heidelberg "h" in your system.

Anyhow, thank you for everything, this banner turned out beautifully, given the less than great information I supplied you with.
