The borders are carefully machine stitched just like KEB applique tackle twill banners. Tackle twill banners have become very popular in primary and secondary schools and any other purpose requiring a sheen appearance and durability of design.

The pressed tackle twill process is only for designs that feature lettering. logos, crests or other art would still need to be applique stitched, however we feel this banner is a very attractive option for those needing affordable tackle twill banners for their school sports program or other organizations.
